Lessons at Nuffield Health Club St Albans take place in a dedicated section of the swimming pool, set aside for Little Fishes. The water is approximately 29–30°C, with family changing rooms and showers, convenient on-site parking, and café facilities available to families attending Little Fishes lessons.
